By visiting, viewing or ordering from our website you agree to acknowledge and be bound by the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement.

This Agreement outlines the trading Terms and Conditions bound to all Series Drogue Australia transactions incorporating but not limited to online, phone and email ordering. Furthermore, this agreement outlines specific terms of use applicable to all aspects of our website www.seriesdrogue.com

The words we, us, our, SDA mean Series Drogue Australia ABN-B2069959K of  41 Woodruff Street, Kensington, 3031, Victoria, Australia. The words you and your refer to registered users, customers, resellers, associates, suppliers or general public visitors to our Web Site.

We may amend this Agreement at any time in our discretion by posting the amended terms on our Site's Terms and conditions section here. Except as stated below, all amended terms shall automatically be effective immediately after they are posted here. a. The Terms and Conditions of this agreement are governed by the applicable statutory rules and regulations enforced by the Federal Government of Australia or The State of Victoria.

a. All material including but not limited to text, images, multimedia, advertisements and downloadable content is published by us and made available to worldwide audiences. If you access this website outside of Australia, you do so at your our risk and you must comply with the rules and regulations enforced by your respective jurisdiction.

b. You agree differing terms and conditions exist between local (Australian) and international customers.

c. The general public of all ages may view all publicly available material and copy it for personal use and use on not for profit web sites or forums. You may only use material for commercial purposes when you have prior written consent from Series Drogue Australia.

4. METHODS OF ORDERING

a. INTERNET

Ordering over the Internet enables customers to access real time pricing and information of our entire product range.

i. All online orders are treated as an express intention to purchase the nominated goods (Purchase Order) for the agreed online prices.

ii. You accept that other than Freight on Board (FOB) all other freight charges will be included with your online purchase order. See Terms and Conditions of Delivery below.

iii. We reserve the right to alter the agreed price if an incorrect price was caused by a software fault, human error or malicious attack.

5. PRICING


   1. Unless otherwise specified, all prices on our website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).  An approximate value of that Australian Dollar price will also be given in U.S. Dollars, Euro, and other currencies, be aware that this a foreign currency approximation of the Australian Dollar amount quoted, and does not take into account daily currency fluctuations, but is a guide of value only.
   2. All purchases on line by credit card will be charged the Australian Dollar amounts listed. Overseas customers using Visa or Mastercard will have this amount converted into their local  currency by their card provider, and this converted amount will appear on card statements.

6. ORDER PROCESS


a. Unless previously quoted, all prices quoted include domestic and international shipping.

b. Once payment is received into our bank account and order has been accepted we will commence manufacture, all our products are hand made by us, with locally made and some overseas made goods. It takes 7 to 14 days to manufacture our tailor made products.

c. Customers will be notified via email or phone if delays in shipping occur.

7. METHODS OF PAYMENT

    Payment can be made by credit card, cards accepted are Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard

     Payment can also be made direct to our bank account. Details of account  will be provided on request.

8. DELIVERY

 a  International delivery is by Australia Post Courier Air Mail.  A tracking number will be provided by email at the time of dispatch. This service is door to door and includes Customs Clearance, but local taxes and duties at arrival point are the consignees's responsibility. Note: Australia has free trade agreements with U.S.A. and New Zealand, so goods are duty free. Most overseas deliveries take 4 to 5 days to reach destination door after dispatch from Melbourne.

Local Australian delivery will be by Australia Post Express Mail with tracking number provided,  unless other arrangements are made for delivery by email or phone. Delivery time is 2 days from dispatch.

b. Insurance: All items sent are insured for loss whilst in transit, this insurance cost is included in the sale price quoted on the site.

 

9. RETURNS

Our products are tailor made for specific vessels, if for some reason we do not meet the specifications that we agreed to supply or the goods arrived damaged then we will do every thing in our power to fix the problem. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods explaining the problem. Faulty goods will be replaced, or repaired to specification.

Please contact us for a Return Authority Number and Shipping Details prior to dispatch.
